We deliver full-resolution files on WhatsApp. Save them within 72 hours of delivery — re-sends are only available within that window. After 72 hours, files are deleted from our servers.
Your original photo is removed once your artwork is ready. Output files are deleted 72 hours after WhatsApp delivery. We do not keep a gallery.
Standard quality uses 2 credits per artwork. Premium uses 3. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
After payment, download your HD image on the payment success page. We also send it to the WhatsApp number you enter at checkout (utility message + image file).
Your number is required so we can deliver your finished image on WhatsApp and reach you about your order. Messages are transactional only (order ready and file delivery), not marketing newsletters.
